New Zealand Language Centres

Established in 1984, New Zealand Language Centres (NZLC) is a well-run professional school, which is clearly committed to maintaining quality and ongoing improvement. For almost 30 years, dedicated and qualified teachers have provided students with the highest standards in the English language tuition and ensured that all of them achieve their full potential. The school makes sure that every programme meets the latest teaching methods of the ESL industry and NZQA requirements.

Location 

NZLC's campuses are located in Auckland and Wellington. The vibrant and bustling campus in Auckland is conveniently located a few minutes’ from the city's most famous street. The campus is spacious and comfortable and boasts a range of facilities: a modern computer room, student kitchens, extra study resources and several relaxing student areas. Wellington's campus provides modern classes with plenty of natural light. Here, the school offers a range of facilities including a student common room/kitchen and a library with extra study materials.

Features

NZLC a wide range of programmes, including Pathway programmes and English Teaching Training, in Auckland and Wellington. It is an approved IELTS pretesting centre and runs IELTS pre-tests four times a year. This gives students the opportunity to practise taking an IELTS listening, reading and writing test using real questions under exam conditions. Teachers motivate students to speak only English and improve as much as they can while at NZLC. The school is in the ST Super Star Hall of Fame for winning the ST Star Award for five consecutive years (2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and been shortlisted in 2013).
