Academy of Cosmetology has been operating for over 40 years. It is recognised by the Department of Education, The Cosmetology Association of Nova Scotia, The Private Career Colleges of Nova Scotia, and the Better Business Bureau. The Academy is proud to have rewards in Consumer Choice Awards for Business Excellence (2013, 2014, and 2015). Academy’s goal is to train and produce graduates who can succeed in the industry and improve it. They focus on students’ growth as professionals in the cosmetology industry.
The provider offers the most current techniques and standards in teaching students. The staff is committed to each student and their objectives. There are different programmes available: Make-up Artistry, Hairstyling, Cosmetology, and Esthetics. After completing programmes, graduates receive a Diploma, Certificate, or License according to a kind of programme. The Academy keeps up with the times and follows the latest updates in cosmetology. All courses and programmes are constantly updated.
