Programme overview

Start building a brilliant career as a manager in the hospitality industry by taking this course. It’s ideal if you have completed one of level 5 courses - The Maitre D' or The Supervisor course - or if you already have front-line hospitality service experience.

In the first part of the course, you’ll learn about hotel operations, staff management and the tools of the trade. You'll also get up to speed on how to set up and manage large scale events. In the second part of the course, you can choose between a 20-week full-time internship in the industry or 20 weeks of campus-based learning to further develop your management knowledge before you begin your career in a hotel.
