This course is designed to have you working in a paid hospitality job after just 8 weeks. Learn about menu designs, food and beverage service, food and wine pairing plus get to visit a brewery, a vineyard and a tourism attraction to see how the professionals do it.
You’ll learn 4.5 days a week for the first 8 weeks, then during the second 8 weeks you’ll be training 3 days a week and working in the hospitality industry the rest of the week. You’ll also get your Licence Controller Qualification, giving yourself a great head start when you’re job hunting.
