It is a specialised degree that leads you to an accountancy career and membership of one of the professional accounting organisations.

The Bachelor of Accountancy programme will give you the knowledge and technical skills needed to analyse accounting and business problems. You will gain a solid foundation in accounting and finance rounded out with the all-important inter-personal and technical skills, knowledge and critical thinking essential for success in today’s business environment. You’ll understand how best to communicate and use financial information to support business decisions. The BAcc degree will also give you an understanding of the legal and regulatory environment that commercial organisations and accounting professionals must work within.
